How long until my order ships?

Production 3-5 business days, US shipping 3-7 business days. Total about 1-2 weeks.

Where do you ship?

United States only. Free shipping on orders $50 and up.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes, within 24 hours of placing it. After that, production has started.

What's the fabric?

Tees: 100% ringspun cotton, pre-shrunk. Hoodies/sweatshirts: 80/20 cotton-poly blend.

Will the print fade?

We use DTG printing. Wash cold inside out, tumble dry low.

Shipping & Returns

Late or lost package?

Tracking included. If delayed beyond 14 business days, email us with your order number.

Returns or exchanges?

Yes, within 30 days. See Returns page. Personalized items can't be returned unless damaged.
