SHIPPING POLICY
At Pawthread & Kin, every order is custom-made and printed in the United States. Here is what to expect from order to delivery.

All orders are printed, packed, and shipped from our US fulfillment partner:

PRODUCTION TIME
We print and finish each item just for you after you order. Production takes 3 to 5 business days for standard items, and up to 7 business days during peak holiday seasons.
SHIPPING TIME (after production)
United States:
- Standard shipping: 3 to 7 business days ($5.99)
- - Free shipping on orders $75 or more
We currently ship only within the United States. International shipping is coming soon — join our newsletter to be notified.
TOTAL DELIVERY ESTIMATE
Most US orders arrive within 6 to 12 business days from the order date. You will receive an email with tracking the moment your order ships.
ORDER TRACKING
Once shipped, you will get a confirmation email with a tracking link. Tracking updates may take 24 to 48 hours to appear after dispatch.
DELAYS & ISSUES
If your tracking has not moved in over 7 days, or your order is past the delivery estimate by more than 5 days, email help@pawthreadkin.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and resolve quickly.
LOST PACKAGES
If a carrier confirms your package is lost in transit, we will send a free replacement at no cost to you. Reach us within 30 days of the ship date.
WRONG ADDRESS
We ship to the address you provide at checkout. If you entered a wrong address, contact us within 6 hours of ordering — once production starts, address changes may not be possible. Packages returned due to undeliverable address can be re-shipped at customer's expense.
