RETURN & REFUND POLICY

 

Every Pawthread & Kin product is made to order — printed and finished just for you. Because each item is custom-made, we do not accept general returns or refunds for buyer's remorse, change of mind, or wrong size selected by the customer.

 

WHAT WE COVER (FREE REPLACEMENT)

 

If your order arrives with any of the following, we will send a free replacement at no cost to you:

  • Printing defects, color errors, or misalignment
  • - Damaged item or torn fabric
  • - Wrong product, size, or color shipped (our error)
  • - Item lost in transit (after carrier confirms)

How to request: Email help@pawthreadkin.com within 30 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue. We respond within 24 business hours and ship a replacement within 3 business days.

 

EXCHANGES (CUSTOMER ORDERING ERROR)

 

If you ordered the wrong size and the item is unworn and unwashed, we offer one free re-print at our base cost — customer covers return shipping ($5.99) and pays the difference if upgrading to a different product type.

IMPORTANT: Do not return items without contacting us first — unauthorized returns will not be processed.

 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

 

  • Personalized products (with custom name, date, photo) are final sale unless we made an error
  • - Items washed, worn, or altered
  • - Final sale or clearance items
  • - Gift cards

CANCELLATIONS

 

Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement, before production starts. After that, the order is locked in our production queue and cannot be modified or refunded.
