Returns

We want you to love your Pawthread & Kin gear. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

30-day return window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached (if any).

How to start a return

• Email hello@pawthreadkin.com with your order number (#PK-xxxx) and reason
• We'll send a prepaid US return label within 1 business day
• Pack the item, drop at any USPS location, and let us know
• Refund processed within 3–5 business days of us receiving the return

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Same process — just tell us the new variant when you email. We'll print the replacement once we receive the original.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or you got the wrong item, send a photo to hello@pawthreadkin.com within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a free replacement — no return needed.

What can't be returned

• Personalized or custom items (unless damaged or misprinted)
• Items worn, washed, or with deodorant/perfume marks
• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
