Shipping

Every order is printed on demand in the USA and shipped from our domestic fulfillment partner. Here's the rundown:

Timing

• Production: 3–5 business days from order
• US shipping: 3–7 business days after production
• Total: 1–2 weeks from order to doorstep

Rates

• US Standard: $5.00 flat
• Free shipping on orders $50 and up
• Expedited shipping: available at checkout (rates calculated by carrier)

Tracking

Every order comes with tracking. As soon as your package ships, you'll receive an email with the tracking number. You can also check status anytime by visiting the order link in your confirmation email.

Delays & lost packages

Carriers occasionally run late. If your package hasn't arrived 14 business days after dispatch, email hello@pawthreadkin.com with your order number and we'll investigate or reship at no charge.
